A long time friend and attorney John Branca who Michael Jackson had distanced himself from for almost three years (2006) and just brought him back into the Jackson camp three weeks ago plans to file a will that Michael Jackson signed. It was odd that initial claims are that Katherine and Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson's parents, didn't know that he had a will according to the papers Katherine Jackson filed for guardianship of the three children. |
This one is a bit puzzling since a long time family attorney, Brian Oxman, was all over the news on Friday and perhaps as early as Thursday claiming that there was a will. How come everyone in the Jackson family didn't know this? |
